Our Appreciation Reception, held the week a prior to our annual ride, is an invite-only fete honoring our sponsors, major donors, hero riders, cancer survivors, and fundraisers. * Sponsor Bike needs to be registered with a team captain by March 15, 2024. Additional 4 riders per bike must be registered by April 14, 2024.

** Sponsor Materials for Gift Bags must be received by April 14, 2024. Postcards, paper, flyers and coupons are not allowed. Preferred materials include marketing items (ie pens, magnets, water bottles, lip balm), product samples or other branded items.
